General Returns Policy

International Components Strategies Inc (ICS), accepts returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, and incorrect (by fault of ICS) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to ICS within 14 days of ship date and returned to ICS within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by ICS. To request authorization, contact us via email or by calling (877) 200-4928. ICS will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days upon receipt of the defective product. ICS Premium NEW parts are typically offered with a one year limited warranty. All returns and/or exchanges of these parts must be accompanied by the original receipt.
